All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

LUMÉRA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs once an order has left our warehouse, but we're always happy to help track down a missing parcel.
