Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
